GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPETITION BOOKINGS ON RINK DIARY

In addition to pre-arranged fixtures on Rink Diary Teams can members also follow this procedure for any competitions (external or internal) you may have entered where your match is drawn at home. Follow the Rink Booking tab.

 

1. Where you are offering three dates/times please make those bookings Provisional and give the opponent 2 or 3 days to respond.

2. Remember to check league and friendly club fixtures to ensure there are no organised matches.

3. You should only make a reservation for one rink for one match please.

4. Include start time in ‘additional information’ if it is different from the defined slots

5. Once a time is agreed please delete unused times to free the rinks for others.  Only provisional booking will disappear after the specified days.

6. As a courtesy to all members, Where the rules specify the opponent can select a rink which is occupied by a roll up, can the roll up please swop rinks if asked. Granting a preferred rink may not be possible if another competition is booked.
