Photographic images may be taken during major Club events such as Captain's Day, competitions or prize givings and used for general Club promotion on its web site, displayed on local Club notice board/s or in local media publications.

A a Club member or visitor you will be notified ahead of such undertakings and shall be afforded the opportunity to move out of the image/s being taken should you wish to do so.

Children under no circumstances will be photographed without the fully written approval of their parents, guardians or carers with their full knowledge of the intended use of the image/s taken.
